I am Bi-Polar, Class II and I thank God that my wonderful husband and family have been able to help me decrease the stress that triggers the awful depression associated with Bi-Polar and Anxiety Disorders. I can't even imagine what these men and women of our military in Iraq and Afghanistan are seeing and going through on tour after tour of duty and missing their family, friends and loved ones.
