John McCain's Free Ride Stops Now



k.b.: What we have heard over and over from Hillary Clinton is "Pastor Jeremiah Wright would not be my Pastor" and now the Republican Party has taken up the same sound-bite of Pastor Wright's sermon and put it to their own drum beat. Hardly a peep has been said about the Rev. John Hagee endorsement that John McCain sought. This is what pandering to the radical conservative right will get you. As I was born and raised Catholic, I am deeply offended by this man's comments but I refuse to name-call. Watch and make your own decision.

New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman was attacked with a pie in the face by environmental activists during a speech about energy at Brown University yesterday.

k.b.: This isn't environmental activism, this is assault. I hope that these two cowardly children are just a small part of the generation that we're going to rely upon to save the planet.
