The leaves are STILL falling from the oaks and I should be finished with putting up my Christmas decorations. Instead I'm struggling with writing a post on my other blog, FOR SMOKEY. It's sad documenting his battle with cancer but it's something I promised I would do to help prevent this type of cancer from happening to other kitties.
For now I'm taking a break from the post and did I mention that the leaves are STILL falling........ Today is windy and that might bring a few more down but more than likely it will just blow around the ones we've already raked. The weather has been beautiful and Mike is still flying his radio controlled plane out in Charles City County.
I did have some fun this week. A new friend showed up and we all introduced him to Franky's Pizza and Restaurant. We ordered a pepperoni pineapple pizza but Bruce was disappointed in the crust. Too thin and crispy like a cracker. We just can't find an Italian restaurant in Chesterfield County that's as good as Tony's Italian Restaurant in Henrico.
