What I would give to have decided to adopt, foster or have more children. Especially such a sweet little girl like Darisabel.

As sad as the death alone is, it made me wanna puke after hearing it was her mother's boyfriend. I have spent the last ten months comforting and supporting my friend John, who lost his 2 year old daughter, Samantha Muchowicz, because her mother's boyfriend beat her death last May.

You can read Sam's story by entering her name in a Google search. I created a memorial page for her at www.samantha-muchowicz.last-memories.com. It is my hope that some type of legislation can be passed to prevent this from happening to other children.

Thats so sad, I never understand why these man-boys get so obsessed in their little pretend Playstation 3 world that they could kill a child with a Sixaxis controller

We should ban the Playstation 3 for anyone under 35 years of age.

Actually I heard it was a Wiimote and nunchuck, Jack. But yes this is very very sad.

No it was a dualshock 3 according to the police report. But I agree with Jack on the rest of his post. Playstation 2 & 3 gamers have always been unable to seperate reality from fantasy and until they are stopped this type of senseless cruelty and violence will continue.

Well, you cannot really blame it on a console. The mother should have known better in what kind of guy she was dating. (@ J. Thompson)It is the same as saying we should ban tennis because a child was killed with a racket..., that is just stupid
I hope the girl is in a better place.

I've been plenty mad enough to swat my kids a few times but do you really think that video games plus a person's personality take the rage up a notch? Enough to kill a child?
