He led investigators to her body Monday in exchange for prosecutors' agreeing to drop consideration of the death penalty against him, according to Union County District Attorney Stan Gunter.

I think when there is irrefutable evidence such as witnesses or DNA, execution should be swift. No appeals. Set a date and get it done. Vengeance is mine says the Lord. After justice for the innocent send the guilty on their way so he can have them. Now the taxpayers have to pay for this dirtbag's days in prison.

The Harvey family
This family was brutally murdered over two years ago on New Year's Day as part of a NINE person murder spree by Ray Joseph Dandridge and Ricky Javon Gray. Also killed were Mary Baskerville-Tucker, Percyell Tucker, Ashley Baskerville, who was Gray and Dandridge's accomplice and eventual victim, Treva Gray, Ricky Javon Gray's wife and Sheryl Warner, 37-year-old legal secretary and mother of three.
